While I was reading the article that I posted in the bibliography, it was interesting that the special interest groups use the main stream media to help fuel the anger toward the police and the violence. This just shows me how lazy we have become as a society. We just believe what the media tells us instead of searching for the truth and wanting to know the truth.

The media does lie to an extent and instigate, however the media is also needed to shine the spotlight on problems. There are a lot of cases such as some in my neighborhood in Riviera Beach if the media didn't shine their cameras the police would be getting away with Murder not that they don't already, but there has to be notice of some of these things going on. No matter what whether we are for or against police violence the public needs to know what is going on in the community. The same thing CNN does to exploit the cops FOX news does the same to defend the cops by any means necessary.
